The HUC Jerusalem Youth Program is to be provide meaningful Reform-style Jewish experiences and spiritual support for college students from American Reform families who are studying in Israel. The Program hosts students for the High Holidays with HUC-JIR students in Jerusalem. The Program also provides three major shabbatonim with deep Jewish learning from the Saltz Center. There are monthly programs at Hebrew University that are called "ROCs and Bagels." ROC is "Reform on Campus." They reach out to students in Jerusalem, Haifa, Tel-Aviv and Beer Sheva, as well as students at Otzma, WUJS, and Young Judea.
