Getting books from off-campus

HUC students, faculty, and staff who cannot locate needed materials at the Klau Library, Cincinnati or other local libraries (University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County), may request them from other HUC campuses or other cooperating libraries through interlibrary loan.

Please allow up to two weeks for processing of requests and shipping of materials. Loan periods from other libraries are usually one month from receipt of item and are usually renewable. Please notify us a week before the expiration of the loan period to allow time to process a renewal. Reference, rare, microform, audio-visual, and recently published materials may be difficult or impossible to borrow via interlibrary loan.

HUC students, faculty, and staff may use the form below or fill out a form at the Circulation Desk to request materials that are not on the Cincinnati campus.
