HUC students, faculty, and staff at the New York campus. NYU faculty and students (with currently valid NYU ID), and to scholars from other institutions who have made prior arrangements.

NYU affiliates and others wishing circulation privileges must fill out an application at the Circulation Desk. Filling out an application does not guarantee circulation privileges. Circulation privileges do not go into effect until the Librarian has approved the application. The Librarian reserves the right to reject any application for circulation privileges and to revoke the privilege once extended.
