 Center for Holocaust and Humanity Education presents 2005-2006 Seminar Series for Educators and Community Leaders Academic Year Focus: The Holocaust and The Children The Strong Bonds of Family and Family Values in a Time of Crisis Wednesday, September 7, 4:30-6:30 pm Mayerson Auditorium Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion 3101 Clifton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220 This Seminar Features: Dr. Anna Ornstein World-renowned child psychiatrist, Auschwitz survivor, and author of My Mother's Eyes Dr. Ornstein will discuss her own mother-daughter experience and lead a panel discussion on the family as a source of values and hope. Special guest panelist: Sonja Stratman Will speak personally about overcoming a childhood in the Hitler Youth in Nazi Germany Special Tour into the Attic of "Mapping Our Tears": through the eyes of the children My Mother's Eyes and other books, DVDs and educational materials will be available on sale.
