After the course offerings deadline, please use the Schedule Change Form for any changes to course offerings, including any new courses that may need to be added.

Due to the volume of emails received by this office, we require that schedule changes be submitted using the form so that they can be tracked for data entry purposes. Emailed schedule changes and course descriptions will not be accepted. All schedule changes and course descriptions MUST come from the Program Director.
Please submit your schedule to the National Registrar's Office.
